Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times inside the US:

Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
Pach Lux is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Pach Lux is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. Customers should contact the shipping provider for assistance.
Warm Weather Notice
Because Pach Lux melts contain natural butters and oils, products may soften during warm weather. This does not affect product quality. If melting occurs, place the product in a cool area until it returns to its original texture.
Due to the nature of personal care products, Pach Lux maintains a strict return policy to ensure product safety and hygiene.
Returns
We do not accept returns on opened or used products.
If your item arrives: damaged, defective, incorrect; please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue.
Exchanges
Exchanges may be approved for damaged or defective items. Proof of damage (such as photos) may be required.
Non-Refundable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

- Clearance items
